Terms

Shipping

• $15 shipping on orders within Australia only.
  
• Currently not shipping International.
  
• Shipping time varies depending on your location.
  
• Orders will be sent within 2 businesses days of successfully processing your order.
  
• Orders are sent during normal businesses hours between Monday and Friday.
  
• Purchases made on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
  
• All Australian orders are shipped via Australia post. SM cannot be held for responsibility for any delay in delivery of your parcel caused by Australia Post.
  
• All unframed prints are packaged in a cardboard cylinder with tight fit caps, to ensure that prints don't fall out in transit.
• All framed prints are packaged in bubble wrap and boxed up with a 'fragile' sticker.
• SM cannot be held responsible for any broken items whilst in transit, SM packages all framed prints up securely with bubble wrap to the best of her ability to avoid broken frames/glass upon delivery.

Payments
I only accept payments via PayPal and credit card payments can be processed via PayPal.
Supplier not registered for GST.

Refunds/Exchanges

• I accept exchange on all full price purchases within 48 hours of receiving your order, email [email protected]
  
• I will only provide a refund if the item is faulty and will refund the full sale amount minus shipping charges.
  
• Please note that colour may differ slightly from screen to print.
  
• No exchanges on sale items, sales are final.
  
• For all exchanges please email [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your order. 
  
• Exchanged items must be returned in the exact original condition and must not have been altered or damaged in any way. I will not accept any damaged or marked items.
  
• Exchange and returned items must be returned within 10 days of contacting SM.
  
• Customers will need to pay for postage when exchanging or returning a item.
• Exchanged items will be posted within 2-3 days.
  
• SM reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges with discretion and if it is rejected the item will be returned to you.
  

Privacy

• SM only gathers information that is needed to process your order, or for promotions and news relating to SM Graphic Design.
  
• Your information will not be provided to any third party.
  
• SM retains no credit card information.
  
• SM reserves the right at any time, to alter, remove or add to this website.
  
• Purchases made are for personal use only and must not be resold or used for commercial benefit.
